About us

Welcome to Närhälsan Töreboda Health Centre – a pleasant and well-functioning workplace with approximately 40 employees and around 7,500 registered patients.

We are a team that values collaboration, team spirit, and a good working environment just as highly as quality and results. The health centre offers both emergency and planned care, including a district doctor's clinic, a district nurse's clinic, Child Health Services (BVC), and a laboratory. We collaborate closely with midwifery services, youth clinics, rehabilitation clinics, public dental care, and social services, as well as maintaining good cooperation with Töreboda Municipality.

The health centre is centrally located in Töreboda with good commuting options from places such as Skövde and Mariestad by train, bus, or car.

About the job

We are looking for you who want to be an important part of our health centre and contribute to creating a good reception and a secure experience for our patients. Here, you will have a varied and meaningful job where no day is like the other, and where you become a central part of the daily flow of operations.

As a medical secretary here, you work closely with both patients and colleagues in an operation where collaboration, job satisfaction, and development are highly valued. Your duties include, among other things, writing medical records in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, booking in patients, and providing local IT support. You will also work at the reception, where you are often the first person our patients meet – an important role where service, professionalism, and a warm welcome make a big difference.

About you

You are trained as a medical secretary. Previous experience working in primary care is an advantage. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field. In addition, you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive. You enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload varies, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a great interest in operational development.

A professional attitude and a friendly reception towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
